One Group. Three engineering-led businesses.

Amal Group brings together three independently operated, engineering-led businesses under one roof: Silifab's indigenous semiconductor fabrication, AmalTech's hardware and PCB manufacturing, and ASMC's integrated semiconductor and smart card production — all running from one integrated industrial campus at Idu, Abuja.

Each business started with the same premise: that critical electronics infrastructure — the chips inside a SIM card, the board inside a smart meter, the silicon wafer underneath both — should not depend entirely on manufacturing capacity overseas. AmalTech began in 2018 building PCBs and hardware for African markets, then extended that into semiconductor design in 2024. ASMC and Silifab followed, each taking on a different stage of the same value chain — outsourced assembly, testing and card production at ASMC; silicon wafer fabrication itself at Silifab.

Together, the three businesses now run the closest thing Nigeria has to an end-to-end electronics manufacturing chain: from raw silicon, through fabrication and packaging, to a finished PCB or smart card leaving the same industrial campus.
